The Super 8 stage will be divided into two groups: Group 1 and Group 2.

Each group will comprise of four teams that progressed from the group stage.

Group 1 will comprise of teams that finish first in Groups A and C, and second in Groups B and D.

Group 2 will include the table-toppers from Groups B and D, and second-placed teams from Group A and C.

This is incorrect. Super 8 teams are pre seeded. Even if India are second in group A they'll be still be A1 not A2. Because of this we already know the teams in super 8 groups barring last minute upsets
