We certainly need a foreign coach don't think Dravid is the man to manage team india, certainly not with superstars in it.
He is better at junior level.
Really need an overhaul from Selectors, coaching staffs and players. 2yrs time for next T20 world cup. Better get started now. Otherwise same thing gonna repeat.

England is not super power like 2000 Aussie, England lost to Ireland in current T20 world cup too. and entered to SF with better NRR , they played last match in that group which enabled them to get the required NRR to enter SF.
