Seeking Help I should buy a 4G or 5G smartphone?

But 4G usage will surge after January 2024 as 5G tariffs will be announced.
I don't see operators charging a premium tariff for 5G over the existing 4G plans. Mainly since they haven't been able to identify any commercial use cases of 5G for the end user which differentiates it from 4G apart from the ultra low latency which is helpful in online gaming which in itself is a fraction of the user base.
5G airwaves are actually cheaper for the operators and provide much higher bandwidth which helps the operators offload the data traffic from the costlier 4G airwaves on lower frequency bands. Operators want the end users to have an incentive to upgrade to 5G handsets instead of sticking to their existing 4G ones, which is why they can't charge higher for 5G.
As I see it, the operators who are providing unlimited 5G right now will reduce it to 200-500 GB a month as an additional benefit in combination with the daily 4G data quota, which will function similar to the WiFi data allowance which Jio was providing with all its plans in the beginning for it's network of Jio hotspots.
Any tariff increase next year will be across the board for the 4G plans from entry level to the high end ones, but not a separate set for 5G.
5G use cases are more in the enterprise segment where the operators can provide end to end solution with a dedicated network slice on the 5G network and charge for that.

4G are not going anywhere, they'll stay here and you can switch from 4G to 5G and visa versa in any 5G device.
The already available 4G devices are cheap priced because of using outdated software and even if you will get one it'll be compromise which don't make any sense.
maximum 13 to 14 thousands brother
With this budget you can easily get a 5G device. Try.
Blaze5G starting 9999 and BlazePro5G at 12499.
Try itel for a change. 😉
Don't please don't! Stay away from iTel scam!

Ok boss. This will lead to delay in 5G expansion and shut down of 4G network. And again delay of Vi shutdown.

Im confused in Infinix and Realme, Mi.

Or can you suggest some mobiles.
Budget?

Infinix Zero 30 5G/Infinix GT 10 Pro(Both are good phones), mind you first one is camera centric phone, second one is less bloatware and more powerful.

Realme 10 Pro Plus/Realme 11 Pro Plus will be good options around 21-22K with card discounts. Both are similar phones with different main camera. If you are getting 256GB at just 1K extra, then go for Realme 11 Pro Plus. You just need to know how to uninstall or disable the bloatware. After that both are pretty good phones.

From Mi and Poco,

Poco X5 Pro(Overall good phone)
Poco F5(Beast phone except camera, camera is subpar, if anyone gets it under 24K for 256GB, then it's killer deal).
Redmi Note 11 Pro(IMX 766 one), this is same as Realme 10 Pro Plus, but Realme has optimised it well(if you remove bloatware). Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus has good camera, but not worth it.

Moto Edge 40 Neo is killer deal at 21999(256GB), but again not so good camera, poor haptics as well.

iQOO Z7 Pro has good camera(but they could have given better camera hardware, they protected their Vivo V series by degrading camera hardware for this). This also has very poor haptics and very poor battery life, because they have gone for aesthetics this time. Earlier, iQOO series in this range were pretty good. iQOO Z5 and Z6 Pro. They have messed this line up totally.

Nothing Phone 1 is available under 25K as well.
If you want raw performance, iQOO Neo 7 is great choice under 25K.

Sorry for late reply.

Redmi Note 12 5G can be good option.
Redmi 12 5G can be good option.
If you increased budget a bit, Moto G54 can be good option.
Infinix Zero 5G 2023 is even better option if you don't care about software updates. It just got Android 13 update. Except software it's pretty good phone.
Somebody using Lava from forum, it's good option as well. Higher capacity variant recently launched, also you would like to see how Lava Blaze 2 Pro is launched.

Sorry I didn't read about your budget.
