This is not a spike buster bro. It's a common scam which happens in India. Shopkeepers tend to sell these extension boxes which are cheaper but gives better profit ahead of original spike busters. You can get these boxes for around ₹200. But a good quality genuine spike buster with warranty would cost around ₹800+. Just ask questions about low cut out, high cut out, warranty etc. He will agree the box you have is not a spike buster. And stabilizer doesn't provide surge protection. This problem is most likely a bouncy contact in switches which needs a spike buster or surge protector. Or simply a rewiring in that switchboard.

Just change your HDMI cable...
Fault is with HDMI cable.
I also hv same issue . But after change of HDMI cable issue solved immediately.
