In this budget you can quiet easily get a 40 inch 2014 model Samsung led TV or even a 42 inch LG led TV why going for a smaller 32 inch tv has in future you will regret yourself for going for a smaller size led TV has I own a 47 inch lg Led TV and now I am cursing myself why I didn't went for a 50 or 55 inch TV. I would say the larger size TV you can get just go for it bcuz you don't buy led tvs daily :k

Get a smart tv in that budget. Lg has one in 30k range on flipkart while toshiba android is on snapdeal for 27k with dual remote .
Hd and full won't matter much in 32inch screen.
