Bro rules haven't changed. Qatar have qualified for the WC. They still play the qualifiers as formality. But this is actually an advantage for India that we are in the same group. Even if we finish 2nd we automatically get through to the final qualifying round which other groups miss out from. But India is such a useless team they couldn't even hold on to a lead against Oman. Had we beat them we could have probably finished 2nd.
Football rule should be changed for India.
Instead of 90min match, We need 70 min..😁
Then you can see India beat many teams..

90 minutes is too long. They should have 20-20 version of football. And all matches should end with an outcome whether it's by extra time or by penalties.

so basically this rule only applcable for asian and African teams but i don't remember any europe team need to play qualifier as a host nation
This is the question which needs an answer. Qatar has qualified no doubts about that but why are they playing qualifiers. I don't enjoy international matches but few rules are a head ache to understand and I'd like some clarification on this.

Idk how can you have an event without host nation participanting. Imagine how weird it would be when US who hosted 100th anniversary of 2016 Copa America Cup. Despite being a non CONBMEBOL country. US had to take part as it was hosting a Copa event.
