Most premier league transfer related news you get for the next 2 days will mostly be rumors so please don't get over excited. Coutinho to Arsenal is complete BS. We are nowhere close to finishing that deal. It is just a rumor fueled by his agent probably to get a better deal elsewhere. Neymar to Barca can happen since there's still time left for transfer window to shut in La Liga.
Even if it happened, still it is a BS,

I told this many times here. I was happy with Pepe signing but i am still waiting for defenders and apparently we are linked with Leipzig defender Upamecano but they want 90M for him and we don't have that much to spend. They're going for Daniele Rugani who i don't see as a good signing. Kieran Tierney will be a good signing though.
