I read that PSG is Ok with loan with option to buy later, and since it is loan, barca will not be affected with FFP.
Just like PSG bought Mbappe after huge neymar purchase.

i never ruled out neymar's barca inclusion infact if coutinho moves then it's easy for barca to use left wing for neymar but problem is his asking price last time barca bid any 2 player(player include umtiti , rakatic , coutinho ,malcom , semedo and dembele) + 90m cash and psg rejected it i just hope neymar made his mind clear if neded if he is desp to move out he should pay extra amount to psg from him and move away from that club i see no improvement of him when he went psg only thing improved his injury

About asking price, it depends with a good negotiater. Psg is not interested in player exchange (may be only interested in Rakitic), And barca need to offload their players to make fund. A loan with option to buy later will solve both issue, barca will get enough time to sell players.
Neymar still have his class.. It's true he missed many matches, but excellent performance when he played.
