Ah, thats normal for older phones. They support only one 4G network.
Why dont you put Jio in SIM1 and other in SIM2?
This way u can use Jio's 4G internet as well as use SIM2 for calls, if that is what u r intending to do.

Or else, explain your scenario and will try to help.

Well that explains it. The phone you are using doesn't support dual 4G. Only one SIM will work on 4G at a time other will work on 2G or 3G.

SIM2 working as 3G or 2G does not matter really if you are using SIM1 Jio for Data.
The SIM2 may be used for voice calls. You will certainly get either 3G or 2G network. In most areas it will be 2G. Also, voice clarity isn't much different between 3G and 2G, so it should not matter. Any Operator which supports 3G or 2G will work in SIM2.

Please check the 'For You' section on Vodafone website after entering your Vodafone mobile number.

Most likely you would see Rs 100 Recharge with Rs 81.75 Talktime and 28 days validity. As per Vodafone's website, this offer is not for everyone and hence in the 'Value Pack' section, it says 'NA Service Validity'.
