We got a strange experience, and may be not familiar with how VI franchisee shops are paid. We went to VI store to port my friend's sim. They told he need to do an FRC of 375. He didn't want to spend that much, so dropped it. Later we went to a mobile shop to pick phone case. There the shop guy told that VI port is just 150. He did the port and the plan they recharged was the same 375. We just payed 150. How is this possible?
