Yes, can confirm faced this issue in the morning. But Vodafone App is working intermittently. It was working a few minutes ago when I checked.

In my smartphone 1st sim works 4g 2nd will b out of network
No problem when I use 2nd sim as bsnl
I want to know in India especially in karnataka circles still Vodafone or idea 3g works so that I can keep 2nd sim alive while iam using data 1st sim for internet
I want to port out to Vodafone or idea

Ah, thats normal for older phones. They support only one 4G network.
Why dont you put Jio in SIM1 and other in SIM2?
This way u can use Jio's 4G internet as well as use SIM2 for calls, if that is what u r intending to do.

Or else, explain your scenario and will try to help.
