Vi added 5 days worth incoming validity and 1gb per day for 5 days i don't know why?(in active number)

I get sometimes for 7days after when my service validity has expired for about 14-21 days.

I had got 5.1 GB left on homepage. Same disappears on clicking on more details. I called and asked. What's this? As always there systems were down and not showing it.

Since today morning I'm unable to call on any BSNL number from Vi.
Tried 3-4 BSNL numbers from Vi but getting "The number you're dialing is incorrect.. please check the number you have dialled"
