Actually bro, they have very little money to spend for network. When the revenue from some circle is so less, they mark it as least priority circle and move on. So it is, what it is, sadly. Further they don't have sub-GHz spectrum for better coverage (especially indoors)
In Assam, Airtel has 98,13,893 customers and VoId has 28,08,749 (Jio has 86,36,783).
In NorthEast Airtel has 55,04,889 customers and VoId has 12,35,345 (Jio has 39,84,784).
Further Airtel has VLR of almost 96 to 100% there and VoId (Jio as well) has around 80 to 85%.
