181 is a bulk data plan and 239 plan has daily data quota. By default the daily data quota is always used up first before the bulk data can be consumed. So you can safely recharge with 181 plan.

That's not IPL centric plan. It's 14 day version of ₹419 plan which offers 3 GB for 28 days. Like always they have priced lower priced plan higher. IMO ₹999 plan with ₹241 add-on worth 40 GB is a steal for even heavy data users. Also ₹444 for 100 GB is great too.

Airtel and Vi will remain circle centric operator. In urban areas, Airtel is best. A little far from urban areas, Vi is best in similar circle. I still feel barring VoLTE services, Vi is a lot better than Airtel.
