@Esmail bhai, party de dho... JK.

Looks like, Jio also wants to enter the ARPU game like Airtel. All they need to do is deactivate some 2Cr inactive users within this year and then they can comfortably overtake Airtel's ARPU as well. This is expected as they want to get more money for 5G auctions + launch.
They can't go beyond Airtel ARPU. Airtel has lesser 4G customers and Airtel ARPU is mostly due to high end postpaid consumers. After 5G launch, even ARPU will increase as Airtel 5G plans will touch 999 atleast for 5G data. Also, Jio has to reduce a lot of Jiophone consumers in order to boost ARPU. There are more than 150 million Jiophone customers which is just giving 50-100Rupees ARPU. Rest you can calculate. Airtel just want to get that 100Mhz in n78 and 15Mhz in n28 to remain in the game. If they don't, they are out of game. 5G nationwide will take atleast three years from Jio, even more for Airtel, but Airtel must participate in 5G auction. Selective participation like 50Mhz in n78 won't matter much. Atleast for urban areas. They need to match the data offerings as well. With 5G, if its not unlimited(at capped speeds) then its of no use. Already, Airtel 4G giving speeds in excess of 50Mbps throughout the day. 5G should atleast touch 100Mbps which it will eventually at 999 plan. Anything lesser than that creates problems for Airtel.

Airtel was first telco to copy minimum tariff plan for Prepaid from Jio, trashes lifetime incoming free plan even after paid by its customers in 2000s.
I am not talking about that. I am talking about Jio focusing on ARPU. Evil face of Jio will start coming infront of people. If Airtel is evil, then Jio is double evil. That's what I wanted to convey.

Coming back to your point, if Jio doesn't allow for users to do outcoming calls without recharge, why should Airtel remain behind in this regard? As simple as that. Airtel has most number of active customers and it will increase from this point, no matter what Jio keeps the tariffs for 4G after Airtel hikes the tariffs at the end of the year or no matter what Jio keeps tariffs for 5G. If Jio doesn't provide unlimited data at capped speeds on 5G,then people will shift to Airtel/Vi within no time. Jio network will be empty then and Jio will have to bring various attractive plans again to poach high value customers and this will create problems for investors. No monetization of apps yet. Let's see how much far Jio can go.

Jio has great offer on One Plus 10 Pro as usual, but again its of no use, because Jio works only in rural areas. In urban areas its sh#t, despite of so much of investment. I don't think 5G will bring any change in fortunes of 4G data capacity.

Airtel has most number of active customers
This is incorrect, Jio has the highest number of active subscribers as of 31st Jan 2022 368.53 million as opposed to Airtel's 349.99 million. Airtel is ahead of Jio in the VLR percentage but not in the overall number of active subscribers.

Who wil give unlimited free calls without plan? Who will charge Rs.2 to 3 per min. without plan and Who will eat talk time? But Indians knows very well how much pay for which service.

I've mentioned this many times in the past that the lifetime free incoming calls was applicable only till the expiry of the license of Airtel which was between 2014 and 2016 in most circles. After the license got renewed it was not obligatory for Airtel to keep providing lifetime free incoming facility.
