Last night booked a Jio phone offline at Jio store by paying 0/- now.
When it will available physically in market , it will be distributed from store as first come first serve basis

Keep sending mail to nodal officer, you will get a call from Mumbai office only then issue will be solved within 30 minutes. But it took me almost 2 weeks. Hope they will respond to you soon.
