Today I was checking my Jio sims so came to know that 6 out 9 sims have prime membership activated Automatically without even my knowledge. Although no use for me as not using even one.

Last night booked a Jio phone offline at Jio store by paying 0/- now.
When it will available physically in market , it will be distributed from store as first come first serve basis

Had a long call with a supervisor in cc. It looks like they didn't receive the security deposit I paid at the time of taking the connection. He said the Jio store might not have sent it properly. I gave him the store guy's number and he said he'll be calling him and following up. He assured me that it will be resolved soon.

I have also blasted them on Twitter in parallel. They gave a service request number there as well and sent a message that it'll be fixed in 48 hours.

Now the plan started showing up again in my Jio. However, the outgoing is still not working. Fingers crossed!!
