Ok, Thanks I will surely launch complaint regarding this plan lapsed and benifit matter. If they didn't solve my complaint today

Airtel Twitter Team Replied Me and They Refund Me Only ₹250 For ₹399 Plan. On Call I accept it Because they Claim that this Refund For Your ₹998 Pack (Expiry Date - 19 January, 2019) and also claims that your new Pack ₹399 now works. But after that call i dial *121# for Balance then I see that they said me lie they refund me for ₹399 plan. So, i tweet again for call back. Then they call me so he say that remaining ₹149 also refund by them wait for 30 Minutes. After 1 hr. Again they call me for confirmation of ₹250 credited you can check. So, i can tell them what about my remaining ₹149 then she say that this is not possible only ₹250 maximum cap. so, i say tell me difference about you and 121 both are lier and explain about them whole situation then they say one day maximum cap 300 so i refund today ₹49 and remaining 100 tomorrow at same time. So, i say ok.
But again after few minutes they call me refund is not going on your number so, i refund ₹149 tomorrow. Then i say ok.

Note: Refund Means Reflect in Main Balance Not in Bank Account.
