Take the screenshots and mail it to [email protected] explaining the same. Make sure email is registered with your number. This is a mess Airtel created for themselves by offering recharges based on circles.

Note : Don't confuse them by sending screenshot of other number. It won't work in your favor.

Yeah I can see two difference plan for my 2 airtel number .
One is 1GB per day and another is 1.4GB per day.
