In hindi its called Papaiya

Oh yes now i recollect, this is called "Papaya Sambharo" appears to be Gujarati accompaniment often served with Kachori, Samosa, Gathiya and Fafda. They've mentioned this Papaya Sambharo in Tarak Mehta as well.
Gonna try its recepie someday.

The left curry , we kept in fridge and used today lunch(For me only). It's good in taste. Coz my mom added little coconut milk and boiled again yesterday.
