Today I Got Call From Jio Fiber CC After Raising request of call back. I Want to know About When will jio fiber come in our area so cc told that work is already in progress for Jio fiber in your area and it is expecting soon to come in your neighborhood And Cc Also told me that they have not stopped Rolling Out Jio Fiber at All.
Every providers CC only answer based on their helpbase provided by the company. Jio is no different. I also read on Twitter that Jio cares handle responding to users saying fiber will be expanded in a phase wise manner. These are all template responses bro.

To know the ground reality you need to contact your nearby Jio center or city Jio office. Every city has received orders from Jio NHQ (national head quarter) to stop optical fiber expansion work and fully shift focus towards AirFiber.

I agree with your points, i also thought the same. These generic replies are pre written and they will simply dictate.
Let us know the group reality as you said.
The fiber laying works not being encouraged by both Airtel and Jio.
Other providers like ACT , BsNL are only expanding their fiber cable network since they don't have an option to provide over wireless 5G.

Airtel is actively expanding its OFC network to newer areas as we speak. Myself and @Bapun bro are examples of people who waited patiently for them to expand to our respective areas.

I have also heard that they plan to expand to more areas, this i got to know from local Airtel Store and local engineers and sales staff.

I dont think CC will have much info on this.

But I don't think so 5G FWA OR UBR Can take place of OFC
Because 5G FWA runs on 3500 Mhz spectrum and in future there will be rise of 5g mobile users as well as 5g FWA users. So Jio Is now installing UBR From own company Mimosa Networks to avoid network congestion and it's free From License Fees

I am residing just 500mts from the city, I am struggling to get Airtel fiber since last 5 years. I made payment to get the connection also and after a lot of struggle I got the refund. Within a month ACT laid cable in all of our city area.
This shows airtel is not interested to expand their OFC instead they are only promoting Airfiber which is totally useless.

First thing is to find whether in your city Airtel Fiber is operated by Airtel themselves or LCO. If it's LCO operated, you need to get hold of the LCO person. If he is interested, can do the expansion work after getting required permission and planning approval from Airtel side.

If your city is LCO operated, you can get the required details from your city local Airtel store.

In my case, since Airtel has been actively expanding in the city since last year, once I reached out to the LCO he kept me in loop and provided every updates till I got a connection installed. This is also beneficial for him because he got increase in his customer base.

I visited several times the nearby airtel store and come out of the bus stand area and expand their network to other area also. But they clearly told they cannot expand their services they are comfortable around bus stand.
And then main team said connection is possible and I made the payment also. Later all declined for new connection and then I moved ahead for refund.
Now those people again chasing for new connection but for Airfiber. I rarely seeing the airtel poles in and around main area also. Now entire city including my area is covered with ACT fiber.
ACT guys are actively promoting their network here, our area all house gates were pasted with ACT advertisement.
Everyday at one ACT tent I am seeing here. In the last 10 years I never seen such tents for Airtel fiber. Airtel very lazy guys.
Additional note one guy who installed airtel air fiber in my area just for the sake of free TV is closed the connection and came back to Railwire.

Similar things Airtel does here for their wifi services. Our area house gates and walls have poster for Airtel wifi. There are also Airtel sales people with umbrellas to advertise and sell wifi. There are also people doing door to door visits to sell wifi.

I think Airtel is heavily investing in areas where ACT or Excitel Fiber are non existent. Just a wild guess. 👀
