But current Disney+ app has separate
●Disney section
●Marvel section
●Pixar section
●Star Wars section
●Net Geo section.
Do you think that they will revamp Disney + within few Months of Launch.
They'll not revamp anything. Hulu will stay as Hulu. They'll just release the shows on the platform like other Marvel Shows on Hulu, like Marvel's Runaways, Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, Marvel's Agents of Shield.
Also, nothing is yet confirmed. Disney just said that Disney Plus will be for Family Friendly content, while Hulu will be the home for mostly Adult & Teen centric Shows.

So you are saying that there will be a Removal of Marvel Content from D+, hmm that will effect subscription base of D+.

If I was a Subscriber of D+ then I wouldn't liked Removal of Marvel Shows.

There won't be any removal bro. Currently all the Disney Plus content are PG-13, and they won't be removing them. If they launch any 16+ or 18+ show/movie in future, then they will release it in Hulu and not Disney Plus. Suppose if they release Deadpool 3 (which is an 18+ movie) in future, then they can't add it on Disney Plus, as it is not Family Friendly movie. So, they'll release it in Hulu instead.

Now there are more options if you are a fan of English movies and shows. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV+ there is enough in the market. But with shows like " The Mandalorian " Disney + has started great.

I am not sure when it will be available in India. I think this has become like pay channels.

Disney+ to launch in India, Southeast Asian markets next year – TechCrunch

I don't think this article's sources are accurate for the below reasons.

1. If hotstar is planning for expansion in South East Asia it would make sense if they launch ahead of IPL to gain customer traction on the back of IPL. Why will anyone in their right mind miss this opportunity?

2. Maybe it if its a case that D+ content will launch in India on Hotstar. But if you are expanding Hotstar to Asia, it would not make sense for Disney as Disney is much bigger brand than Hotstar and people can relate to it easily.

3. We can observe in twitter responses from Hotstar, which changed from D+ content will on Hotstar to Company is working on brining D+ to India which suggests there are plans for standalone service launch.

4. Disney has to give the subscription count for Disney plus every quarter, so if they launch D+ on Hotstar in whole South Asia they will not have very good subscribers counts to report which effect their trading price and all.

Finally if they have no plans D+ stand alone launch in India they would have allowed Hotstar to atleast to carry D+ Originals from US lauch date itself. Don't ask about Endgame as they own the rights even without Disney owning them just fast tracked Release date that's it

What do you think

How much demand is there for Disney+ content in India?

The Mandalorian is a good series. If they are going to give a few more like that, people might shell out some money.
