Breaking Disney Plus Losses 11.7M Subscribers, Hotstar Alone Lost 12.5M Subscribers

you mean entrie contents like Anupama, Karthika Deepam. Disney's Star doesn't own anything hollywood Studios contents if they sell hotstar, it's UTV through Buena Vista who licensing Disney Studios contents in India.
They can license entire content, rather than sale and shutdown its app in India

If hotstar start creating something like Sacred Games/Mirjapur or Panchayet it will create buzz among audience.
Now Disney is on cost cutting mode, so they cant provide 4K stream of Worldcup 2023, So why can we expect from these type of shows from them?

They should sell the Star portfolio of linear TV channels and the Indian content portfolio including Hotstar specials (originals) to Viacom 18.
And licence the Disney, Pixar, Marvel, NGC content portfolio to the newly merged Zee Sony entity to boost their English content offerings to come at par with Jio Cinema now that they have WB, HBO, NBC and Paramount content.
You mean jiocinema to make it even more worst. We already know how good jiocinema app is. They should first reduce price for 4k from 1499 to 999 and 899 to 699 or increase device count
