Without Indian Content (Cricket & Movies) they will not succeed.

Cricket and movies are not actually mandatory. We can watch tv series and sports on tv and movies at theatres. We expect good originals on OTT. But Hotstar is big failing in this space.

Disney+ should arrive as a standalone service in India. Disney+ and a hotstar bundle will sell like hot cakes

I guess localisation of the content and creating original Indian content that can be provided to global consumers is the key here. As per the comment without cricket its not going to be succeed, Netflix doesn't have Cricket, they have volume of content in which is driving the subscription count and again Disney is not gonna price D+ at Netflix level but more in the areas of Amazon Prime. For 999 an year Prime India has more content than prime US which cost them around the same per month. And people in India are obsessed with Marvel, having 4 shows an year is the key point to and they are releasing episodes weekly which helps to get word of mouth out there to find out the show.

This is just a survey. I know that Hotstar is indeed planning to have Disney+ content in Hotstar Premium in Q3 this year. Survey is just to test people's interest and whether they've heard of Disney+ or not..
