Hotstar Premium subscribers only I think. I and 3 other people I know got this...

Here is the survey link, there should have been a comment option as well, would have told them to launch it with Ultra HD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision etc.

This is just a survey. I know that Hotstar is indeed planning to have Disney+ content in Hotstar Premium in Q3 this year. Survey is just to test people's interest and whether they've heard of Disney+ or not..

It's indirect pramotion of D+ Service.
In my view even if they introduce D+ Contents on hotstar. they will keep D+ contents in separate section (just like jio Cinema has Disney Section) & will charge for it Extra.(We will have to subscribe D+ separately to access D+ section)

Yes.. it will be a separate section most probably.
They may add a third tier subscription "Premium+Disney Plus".
