Not sure about it but I guess it might. Coz other apps like Hotstar get the 30 day plan which shows up after activating

Don’t leak their loop holes
I am using apple tv subscription from two months after my binge subscription ends and it looks like it work for one year
Even hotstar premium worked for 1 and half month extra after subscription ends

Yes, but not the highest plan on every OTT. Like Zee5 content doesn't have 4K resolution for 4K titles it's 1080p only. Hotstar has 4K.

Yes it will. I stopped binge subscription too & still able to access Apple TV!
