Well these judges did not say that other Judges who are handling those case are biased and not doing what needs to be done on those cases, these 4 judges also did not raise any bribe or corruption against other judges for giving favourable judgement, their only complaint is that they were somewhat neglected (according to them) while allotting cases. Case is transferred not on seniority basis. If I am not wrong then this is what these 4 judges said in press conference.

That's why I said it seems more like an ego issue(seniors are not getting preference) among colleague senior judges than other things

Ok. But politicians meeting them like D Raja met 1 judge yesterday and also there is some news that Sibal had allegedly met 1 of the judge last month. Some link is there which is not yet clear.

And as per law CJI can allot any case to the Judge he wants. All these years its the same way it has been done. If the 4 judges are being neglected then they have to solve within themselves with CJI, and not come in open and address media

This seems to confirm ego issue

@Sarkar bro, dont u feel that yesterdays 4 Judges issue is related to the following case and verdict:

1984 case being reopned
Ram Janmbhomi verdict
Article 35A verdict

all these 3 cases verdict will bring big change in politics, hence the dissent of the 4 Judges ??? There is a link with the above case for sure
This is what BJP & CO spreads in Media.
But all knows that these reopened cases willn't bring anything new except wastage of public money.
And pressure from the Govt. will decrease once election is over.

This is not what BJP or CO or media things.

Ram Temple issue is long due and needs to be resolved ASAP. For Hindus its a matter of justice, for others it may be old reopened case which has no importance.

Some people are very fast to speak on 2002 even after SC has given its verdict, but 1984 is reopened case, LoL

Article 35A is important in nature, it defines permanent residents of J&K. Also Article 35A was a executive order and not a law passed by Parliament, hence it needs to be looked upon. If Modi was to bring a executive order/amendment bypassing the Parliament, some people would be the first to speak against him here.

All these things come to mind in the election year after enough party fund collection and enough entertainment.:p

As per the code of judicial ethics, a judge shall not enter into public debate or express his views in public. He should also not give interviews to the media.

Did these 4 judges not know the rule book ?
Now will they face disqualification, time will tell.
