No other party when in opposition did such things, shame today when there is no issue at all congress is doing such things

They want to get him out as he is getting all big cases out and started giving verdict.

Like Loya Case, Capt. Purohit, many others. Also upcoming case like Ram mandir, Polygamy, some corruption cases against politicians.
Congress is getting jittery that people will get to know the truth and hence is pushing for impeachment

But there is divisional bench where more than one Judge is present so if someone is not happy with single bench order he has the option to go there

yes, the constitution is clear on how the judiciary functions. The law is same how it was 70 years back, the process is same, everything is same, but suddenly after 2014, democracy is at stake. Lol and those who imposed emergency are speaking of democracy.
