Skipping clinical trial seems sensible?

Isn't it the crux of bringing Pfizer and J&J,Moderna etc to India?And anyway the time for clinical trials has passed.

It was only monitoring of 1st 100 beneficiaries which is still there

BTW i feel that India will achieve its vaccination target before december if the villagers insist on not taking the vaccine

First give vaccine to those who are willing to take it then think about forcing. People are playing fastest finger first to get their shot and now some employees won't even get their salaries

When a country like US which contributes so much to science and technology has so many antivaxxer id*ots, in comparison there are very few such people here. On top of being ignorant because of lack of education and scientific temper, people are also gullible to fall for ramdev baba and such who are just there to promote their products by creating more confusion and ditrust towards modern medicine.
Instead of threatening poor people on their food and jobs, Govt should threaten baba to either to start a massive pro vaccine campaign or his business will closed.

Its not difficult to get vaccine in UP/Bihar etc.In fact most of the places you can just walkin and get vaccinated.Even i Bangalore when i got vaccinated yesterday there were several people who came without slot and were vaccinated.In fact this technology evolution has completely eliminated the practice of going to a place and Checking.Both UP and Bihar govt's have rolled vaccine vehicles which go to villages and vaccinate people near their homes.What else you want?

Selectively picking Ramdev is not the solution.Why not put say Rahul Gandhi and the great CM of Chattisgarh behind bars?Why not Akhilesh Yadav?I can go on and on.Bottomline is Ramdev is just a small element.You know in most of the Muslims in villages of Bihar and UP are not vaccinated because their Maulvi declared that this vaccine is a trick by Modi to curb population.How many people you can put behind the bars?

How about arrest every rumour-monger? You want to decrypt social media to tackle false information. Why not set example by doing something about those who are spreading rumours on camera?
