Does BSNL stop 3G services from the 4G enabled towers? Anyone knows?

BSNL 4G enabled for my location. 3G stopped working now. Only BSNL 2G & 4G available.

There's no 4G in my area, although in another district, both 3g and 4g were working fine..

I was checking network operators available at my place, saw BSNL 2G and 4G (CellOne) no 3G now.

Btw I saw one operator as Reliance4G not sure what it is, Jio 4G is being shown separately

Its Anil ambani Reliance 4G, spectrum shared with Jio

Guys, anybody has list of phones (especially Samsung) supporting BSNL VoLTE???

From my experience, Poco F1 supports BSNL VoLTE. Asus ROG3 is said to supporting it as well. Infos reg BSNL VoLTE is very scarce. So kindly BSNL users who have experienced BSNL VoLTE, kindly give infos please.

Confirmed list of phones supporting BSNL VoLTE:-
[1] Poco F1. (Hopefully other Poco phones too)
[2] Asus ROG 3.

Just confirmed my Note 10 Lite phone is supporting BSNL volte in TN.
