Even in LG 512U model 32"
I m not happy with the sound quality.
Sometimes 1080p lagging {tv is not full HD }

Pros

*PQ is awesome in SD channel itself I'm speechless abt it

*Real cool feeling to my eyes no eye stainess

*178° viewing

*direct PC connect & picture freeze features are great

*very very polite customer care

*handy to carry only 5kg

*No heating issues on backside of tv after 4 hrs. Continues running

*Gud quality Electric power card

Cons

*yes as u all know audio issue .. very low bass need additional speaker's (personally I'm OK with sound no need of additional speakers for my requirement) .. But high quality sound expectations means it'll require.

*Table mount stand is yaak I'm very much scared while after table mount installation done by engineer .. I just shaked my tv table the tv set get shaked .. So just asked him to dismantle table mount & insatll wall mount now OK

*Remote quality is nice but very very thin scare to handy thinner than my ac remote .. If I hand roughly definitely it get damaged so wrapped up by the plastic cover around that

I'll give 75 above marks for this model Vu 32"D6545 as of now out of 100

Yes we can't expect everything 100% in budget price below 20K Television

..
