sorry to ask but whats LCO ????? is that an official post in bsnl ???
LCO means local cable operator.

BSNL Fiber (FTTH) is managed by LCOs with 40:60 ratio profit sharing from what i know.

applied for 299+ tax. 50GB plan speed upto 20mbps
and getting,

My plan is 699+tax, speed 5gb data per day, speed upto 10 mbps, thereafter 2 mbps speed @ unlimited data,

But after consumed 5gb data, i'm getting 5 mbps speed only, speed not reduce to 2mbps:blush2:

Past year getting i'm getting 8mbps speed, 6 month before they reduced to 6 mbps, now getting 5mbps speed only:(

but don't know why 192.168.1.1 not opening now(it used to be open earlier)
and one more query is , my ADSL disconnect whenever phone ring on Landphone , I have connected a splitter..
LINE splitted to Modem and Phone , and connected respective device.
but still am I missing something?

I terminated my BSNL connection when BSNL employer/Local LCO told me not to watch videos in YouTube/Hotstar. I complained of slow speeds and he visited my home to check and give this answer.

Bro, try in internet explorer browser, also check with box manual 192.168.1.1 is it correct or not,

For some bsnl modem, this link also work: 128.0.0.1

Also clean ur browser cache & cookies, then try

For adsl splitter issue, i'm also facing this issue, technician came & directly connected one wire to phone & another wire to modem, both are working ,but noise came in landline,

But after technician leave, i'm connected my old airtel adsl splitter it's working fine, not facing any issue till now, if u have old adsl splitter means u can try,

Also check bro, splitter is correctly connected or not,

Use ur old/new wire for main line to adsl main line, don't use modem wire for main line (insided in modem box),

For modem & phone use the box wire (insided in modem box),

There's no issue in wire means it's splitter fault only bro, u need to change the adsl splitter
 
@Optimus_Prime bro, Just now, found another way for router login ,

Just go to www.speedtest.net in pc/ for mobile use Google chrome desktop mode, copy ur external IP address, enter ur external IP address in another tab, it's automatically redirect to router page, enter username: admin, password:admin/password

Hope it's will work,

If not works inform me, I will give another option👍
