Only at start, it will be exclusive to apple tv and apple mobile phones but pretty soon (by end of this year) will be on fire tv and then other android devices officially, though unofficially you know anything can happen!!

We do not know until now what kind of content is there but still 99 per month is very very good price for India. Disney plus also we do not know what will be price and what they will offer.
