Shouldn't be a huge problem. iQIYI works great with any free VPN out there. And I recommend using the Desktop Site instead of the App. In browser, you can Turn On the Ad Blocker and you are good to go. But it will be limited to 720p. For 1080p streaming, you have to subscribe.

If you plan on subscribing, then don't subscribe to the Indian Plans. You will be stuck with Indian catalogue if you do so. Connect your VPN to the country where all the Anime are available, and then subscibe to that country's plan.
