As per my experience with them, delivery issues like false delivery is taken seriously and refund is easily issued unless there is suspicious activity/ history with your Amazon account. Write a proper email explaining the issue to them. cc contact history is stored with them so they can verify that you were asked to reach out to them at a later date.

Don't feel sorry for him bro, he has scammed you and Amazon both. Who knows how many more people will suffer if he continues to do that

Ordered a tshirt from Amazon. Saw the reviews were poor. It was a COD order. So refused to take the package as asked by Amazon customer service. It is showing delivered on Amazon's website. I think the delivery guy kept the product for himself as the package was transparent. He might have liked it. I am even getting the option to replace or returned.

i had a bad experience with amazon delivery once i got 2 fake t-shirts products with different colour. I place return, the delivery guy told product order is not match, i can't take it return before you need to talk amazon customer care to tell confirm return without verification. I called customer care, they said the after 4 days, we will reply you over this issue with investigation.

I called multiple times as they said different reason, this issue is not due to different department, after once i got call with right department, thy accepted my return but once next day delivery boy picked order with both t-shirts,

On return statue, i was informed only one refund issue and other was un-return. it was disappointed with amazon is doing these things with deliveries.
