depends on courier route from third party seller, it happened with me 2-3 times. India post delivery will be slower then mentioned date. They will inform you with sms from last location via article received on nearest railway station from your place before delivery be after 1 days as per amazon order status with full safest package.

I got a broken item from amazon, and the delivery guy asked to reject it before opening.
I rejected.
I had paid via amazon gift card
The amount has not been credited yet . How to contact them

Refund hasn't been initiated yet. Once the item reaches the seller, the refund will be initiated.

Im just amazed why the product hasn’t yet reached. Contacted customer care. Received satisfactory reply .

I have ordered an UPS from Amazon which was out for delivery today 07/07/25 since morning 10 AM and then I received status update on WhatsApp from Amazon India that order can't delivered because person unable to connect me on phone which was not true, I am facing this problem since last two months on my orders is there any way I can report to Amazon where proper action is taken!!

Try letting Amazon know about it over chat or call for quick response. Or you can mail them about it on cs-reply at amazon.in, but their response will take a while.

Also, is it being delivered by Amazon (ATS) or some third-party courier service? I doubt Amazon could do much for third-party ones.
