I feel quality on Airtel TV for 1080p is not that good compare to jio TV

Yes you can. Just register with your airtel number. I am also using it with my Jio data & non airtel DTH RMN.

To enjoy Airtel TV Premium as far as i am aware they provide to customer who atleast recharge with 399+ or have equal amount of subscription in postpaid. Atleast for the first time it does prompt to connect via airtel network, once registered you can use with any internet connectivity.
