Has anyone extended 379 plan beyond 180 days?

Yes. I have successfully done. My existing plan is 379, I confirmed with CC before doing it to be sure and they said I can queue up to 2 years.

Just recharged my 3 airtel numbers... Extended beyond 180 days... All good...

Now I have a question if I recharge a data add on, will it also have the extended validity or old validity...

The concept is pack have validity it can be queue/extended validity but if the pack doesn't have validity it can't be queue ie) you can't save those data add-on for future plan .. validity matters

Yep, that could just be it. As I had mentioned earlier, the opt-in period for the auto-debit (for activating the 79 plan) probably begins on the day the grace validity starts.

Try it again today.

Tried today 79 plan activated successfully using main balance

Just now ported successfully to VI, FRC 249 (free) done by retailer. I did ₹1499, validity increased to 21-12-22.
