Few changes to the cashback capping of this card from 20th April:

1) The maximum cashback on Airtel Mobile, Broadband, Wi-Fi and DTH bill payments via Airtel Thanks App has been reduced from INR 300 to INR 250 per statement cycle.
2) The maximum cashback on utility bill payments such as gas, electricity, etc., via Airtel ThanksA pp has been reduced from INR 300 to INR 250 per statement cycle.
3) Utility Spends that are not done on Airtel Thanks platform will not earn any cashback.

Revision to domestic lounge access program from 1st May:

Lounge access will be granted for a particular month only if the cumulative spends on the card in the preceding 3 months has crossed ₹50,000.

Axis has devalued many of their cards. Magnus, Atlas, Ace, Flipkart, Freecharge.

I recently applied for this card after starting to use Airtel Xstream Fiber and received the card. Overall, I feel it's a good card considering it also gives cashback on utility bills. My Rs 1180 plan will only cost me Rs 929.

Friends 2 days back I applied for airtel axis bank credit card through axis bank website. Video kyc also done. But It was taking time to get processing so today I opened the axis bank OPEN app to track my request but I found an option to apply for credit card on app because I already have flipkart axis bank card. So applied from app and get instant virtual credit card. Now I have doubt that will I get 2 credit card with same variant because I have applied two times (one approved and one under process) ?? How to cancel the request that I applied through axis bank website. Please help.

Call them immediately, It will charge your for both cards after the date of issuer from dispatched to your address. You need to cancel your virtual card first and use only physical card.

Did it give you an option to select the card network between MasterCard, Visa and Rupay? Which did you pick?

No bro, I only got MasterCard option. No Visa & Rupay option was there.

Thanks for your help friends. My first application automatically got cancelled, I received a message that my application does not meet with their credit norms.
So I will get my Airtel Axis Bank MasterCard only (which I applied through OPEN app).

No bro, I only got MasterCard option. No Visa & Rupay option was there.

Ok, I have the Visa card version which I had directly got through Axis since it was not available to apply through the Airtel thanks app at the time. I want to convert it to Rupay but currently the bank doesn't offer that option so I'm waiting for the RBI mandate of choice of card network to set in on 6th September after that I might apply through Airtel thanks app and see if I can get the Rupay variant, if I get it then I'll cancel the Visa one.
