As part of the migration, existing Citibank credit cards will be rebranded under Axis Bank.

The migration of Citibank credit cards to Axis Bank is expected to be completed by July 15, 2024.

New credit card names

Citi Rewards Credit Card → Axis Bank REWARDS Credit Card

IndianOil Citi Credit Card → INDIANOIL AXIS BANK PREMIUM Credit Card

Citi PremierMiles Credit Card → Axis Bank HORIZON Credit Card

Citi Cash Back Credit Card → Axis Bank CASHBACK Credit Card

First Citizen Citi Credit Card → AXIS BANK SHOPPERS STOP Credit Card

Citi Prestige Credit Card -> Axis Bank OLYMPUS Credit Card

Citi Business Credit Card → Axis Bank REWARDS Credit Card

IndianOil CitiBusiness Credit Card → INDIANOIL AXIS BANK PREMIUM Credit Card

IKEA Family Credit Card by Citi → IKEA Family Credit Card by Axis Bank

This is one Bank I will ever miss for its quality of Service
I have my Salary account and credit card with Citi bank from 18 years
I rarely have to call their customer care for any issues.
And when I called, I always reached a knowledgeable, well spoken, polite Human being in few clicks on the dial pad.
When every other customer care Inc. big brands went deep down the pit or doesn't exists in the name of AI bots, till date even in these last few months of their consumer banking existence, Citibank maintained the same level.
Same might not be expected from Axis Bank CC.

And @Bapun bro thanks for reminding that 15 July is conversion date. I will redeem my Indian Oil points. Citibank still gives 1₹ for 1 point

Agreed... Citibank was awesome, even if "expensive" meaning less interest rates etc. I had signed up in 2010 never had to visit branch LOL.

So last month, didn't receive email statement or SMS about statement generation and I missed the payment. When I called axis Bank, they don't see my mobile number or email address in their database 😕, strange. I am being asked to visit the branch to update the same.

Also, fighting for late fees payment reversal now. I will close the card if reversal is not happening.

Never had to fight for such thing with citibank. And updating mobile number and email required to visit branch:oops: What a shame. Which age banking is this when other are doing video call KYC to give new products. In my company some people didn't get the Salary credited too, even after updating all details. When it was escalated, then it got resolved

Completely agree, had salary account and closed the same just before migration.

Worst part, they're not apologetic about messed migration process while acknowledging the issue.
