I don't understand what you are saying. They are liable to get that money in some way or the other and precedence shows that IT dept has adjusted refunds in the past.
I think about GST refunds, so its Income Tax refund.

they can easily bring money from other source of business, kumar birla himself & uk vodafone are too rich. Why are they playing with govt & customers from last 14 years ? They can easily invest some capital from investor also
Yes they can. But they won't as they consider it as bad investment unless they get some deal from the government.

Hard balling is non-uncommon with countries. Few years back, MTN Nigeria (top telco of Nigeria) faced with $5.2 billion in fines for not deactivating non-documented subscribers. They said that they won't pay a penny and instead shut down operations and that brought govt to the negotiating table. Eventually the fine was reduced to only $1.5 billion.

right bro, they have no place of sympathy. They r thinking that we r doing business means we r setting up the society for good cause. We r giving employment for unemployed person. We may go to hell but not pay anything for our loss run business. We think only about gain & gain. We have no place for loss.

Telcos might raise tariffs after AGR dues payment.
Expecting price raise from Airtel for UL calling and 1.5 GB daily data pack
from 598 to 747 for 84 days,
from 399 to 549 for 56 days,
from 249 to 299 for 28 days,
from 149 to 199 for 28 days for UL calling and 2 GB per 28 days,
from 49 to 75 for 28 days as minimum recharge.

Seems less for Airtel.
Should be 300rs for 2GB with 28days validity and then they should bring back 1GB for 28days for 250rs by December. That's their end goal.

They might reduce Rs.598 voucher validity from 84 days to 56 days for achieving target of Rs.300 per month
