Why mobile operator will block the sms

If you have DND activated on mobile or mobile operator server is slow/down

NO thats not the case as I have no DND activated.I think there is a problem with LIC server as its today sunday and may be there may be issues or may be a problem with mobile operator..The OTP only comes within a second when you use a credit card to pay .In all other cases 99% times it fails.

I have not faced any OTP issue till now but from last week in Railway UTS app I am not getting Booking ID sms for paper Ticket

I wish this happens. Killing female foeticide is a crime. All those criminals should be punished at an examplary extent.

If you have the existing mobile number with you through which you can login to the UIDAI website, i think it is possible.
