How can dealer book lpg without informing customer and sell in black market ? If dealer book lpg and sell to market then subsidy money goes to customer bank account. Isn't it ?

What I saw his last week I had a tea in tea shop that time lpg delivery man came he delivered a home use cylinder to that tea shop owner without bill then tea shop owner paid him somewhere around 800(not sure abt amount) that's what happened

Its just a 1 instance many instance like this in hotel , tea shop etc.. before aadhar link & after aadhar link situation are same

Law only for to restrict people it wont restrict official they enjoying their time

Things little different now, earlier dealers used to book cylinder in the name of customer on their own without asking customer and sell those cylinder, and take whole profit, now they cannot do that as if they do then subsidy money goes to customer bank a/c so no profit for them. What domestic cylinder you are seeing in shops/Omini car are the one which are sold by customers directly, in this way customer get 12 cylinder but he may not require 12 in a year but subsidy is eligible for 12 so the customer withdraw his 12 quota and gets subsidy money and then sell it. This way customer is benefiting both from subsidy and selling price. So it's profitable for us

You got it slightly wrong, previously customers did not got the chance to sell and forget about getting sold money as dealers sell in the name of customer without informing them and now customer sell it directly and dealers are scratching head

That day i thought what just opposite going here & scratching my head cycling and went to school but after 2008 while I doing college something happened in different house that time enquired with delivery boy he told some lame excuses like mistake booked , don't have empty cylinder blah blah

Then only i got to know what's Going on

So no empowerment just wasting our tax money

Atleast the dealers in your area are kind enough to share from their selling profit. Here dealers did not inform customers, they just book and sold cylinders, customers did not know a single booking. Some time family of two people had booking of 18-20 cylinder in a year where as they originally book only 8. Thanks to bank subsidy rule that practice is now gone

Either way scam is happening. It hasn't reduced or stopped.
