Seeking Help 5GHz Wifi not showing up

I am using Airtel Fiber connection with Huawei Modem, But now 5GHz wifi signal not showing up, only 2 GHz showing up. what may be the reason?

Your router should be having 5ghz radio.

Earlier it used to show 2 wifi networks...

now only 2GHz is showing on all my devices My phone, Airtel Internet TV etc.,

Login to your router config homepage. See if the botboth bands showing up. If not try updating the firmware.

Issue resolved after contacting 198. Some settings changed I think, he resolved in 1 min.

The problem is when i am turning wlan2.4 g om then wlan5.g automatically turns off and same if i turn wlan5.g on the wlan2.4g disconnectes

Let me tell you easy trick.
1)Connect 2nd router (Dual band) by wire to the WAN port. Place them next to each other & now use your second router for wifi connectivity 2.4 or 5Ghz. Bypass the main router wifi connectivity method.
2) Ask the company to install new firmware to the main router & get your channels fixed.
