Seeking Help Keyboard isn't showing up while unlocking the phone.

My friend is unable to unlock her Samsung A04 phone when she taps to enter the password keyboard isn't showing up.

She didn't link her Samsung account to the device to remotely unlock the device, tried reboot the device but it's also not working.

We may try factory reset but some important data is there in the phone, is there any way to unlock the device without losing the data?

Ok first of all don't panic. Did you try force restarting device?

Tried to enter safe mode by clicking volume down button when the Samsung logo appears but not able to enter safe mode.
