Govt. to declare State of Emergency for 10 days

President Maithripala Sirisena and the Cabinet had decided to declare a State of Emergency for 10 days following the violence prevailed in some parts of the country, Minister S.B. Dissanayake said.

Good News India ranked fourth most powerful military in the world, China stronger, Pakistan way behind

India has been ranked the fourth most military power in the world. According to the Global Fire Power Index 2017, India's military strength is second only to the US, Russia, and China. Rival Pakistan ranks 13th in the list. The report also gives details which can provide a comparison between the militaries of China, Pakistan, and India. While India has retained its position in the top five militaries in the world, Pakistan made it to top 15 only last year. Interestingly, according to the report, France, Germany, UK, Japan and Israel, though in top 15, rank much behind India.

Good News Telcos told create routes for subscribers to find out SIM numbers linked to their Aadhaar

The UIDAI has directed all telecom operators to create a system that will allow subscribers to find out which mobile SIMs are linked to their Aadhaar biometric identification number.

The Unique Identification Authority of India had learnt that some retailers and agents of telecom companies were allegedly misusing Aadhaar authentication facility to issue new SIMs or to re-verify mobile numbers other than that of the Aadhaar holder.

UIDAI CEO Ajay Bhushan Pandey told PTI, “In order for people, to know which mobile number is linked to Aadhaar, all telecom operators have been asked to provide this service to their customers by March 15.”

Seeking Help Paytm kyc issue

Hello friends since rbi guidline came to end for online payment wallets kyc , after multiple attempts to kyc through paytm app were failed , today I went to a near mobile shop to kyc my paytm account . I got surprised by the message that my aadhar was already been attached to a different paytm account .
Since I have only one paytm account and mobile no that I use for paytm goes back to 10 years , i feel my aadhar details have been compromised

Kindly suggest what are the options before me
