Those guys at BSNL office mostly aged and they never what to do incase of any technical issues. They will not respond properly and all of them are getting pension even before their retirement.

Govt officers will changes only at age of 60. Some of them will transfer from other's place after 3-4 years depends on your location posting. I have no issue with my BSNL Fiber plan only i faced low speed sometimes which is less then my plan 150 mbps.
