Seeking Help Something fishy about Sony service centre

So I got a blank screen whenever my Sony Bravia 55' TV was turned on, so I contacted a authorised Sony service centre, they sent a technician to take a look. He did something in the circuit, I didn't pay attention, and the screen was working, he asked me to take a picture in his mobile. Then he did something and only half the panel was working, then he again did something and it was back to not working and showed a blank screen. After the examination, he informed that the panel is damaged and needs replacement. Then how did it work when he asked me to take a picture if the panel is damaged?

ICICI Bank restricts iMobile Credit Card section after other customers data visible due to technical glitches

On their iMobile app, a number of users have claimed to be able to access details of other customers (people they don’t even know) – these include credit card details.

This worrisome as this becomes simple for a person to use someone else's credit card details fraudulently for overseas transactions because iMobile displays the complete card number, expiration date, and CVV and allows users to adjust the settings for foreign transactions, as per the tweets from customers.
