For my family, 1000 GB is more than enough. 4 persons,4 mobile, monthly around 400-500 gb data total and we have two wifi camera.

It's there on PhonePe app since 2021 atleast. Don't know about Paytm. Even if your soundbox is turned off. You will get a voice notification on your mobile's app.
