Selfcare portal timed out after first recharge and no transaction message came from bank. Then recharged from icici imobile recharge option which was instantly done. But after 5 mins first transaction confirmation also came.

However, selfcare portal is showing only 1 recharge and respective validity.

This has happned with me also i tried recharging my father's bsnl sim which had recharge i thought new plan will start when current one ends like jio but sadly no,

Current recharge gets vanished if you do new recharge while current recharge is active,

In your case 1st recharge you've done is gone now only 2nd one which you have done via imobile is only valid now.

Ohh, so mine is the maximum (started on February 2025 and will end on February 2026, the validity shows until February 2027 as I have queued up a voucher behind the current one). So is it the maximum I can do right? Or one more?
